All orders are discretely packaged!

You may place an order either through the Natural Alternatives Online Store or by phone, email, or by regular mail.

We ship by way of Canada Post Expedited.

Same day delivery anywhere in the Cornwall area is available for a flat rate of $25 DEPENDING ON AVAILABLE STOCK(up to 3 large items, such as light kits & filter; unlimited nutrients & supplements. price increases $2.75 with every additional large items). FOR RURAL AND SURROUNDING AREAS PLEASE ADD ANOTHER $35(total of $60 plus any additional costs FOR same terms associated with local delivery UP TO 100 KM. An additional$0.37km will be applied exceeding the max delivery range. Prior arrangements need to be made and confirmed before delivery outside the max 100km range. SIGNITURE DUE UPON RECIEPT OF ORDER. Payment method of additional kilometers need to be arranged prior to delivery as well as all conditional terms regarding number of items for shipping and handling.

COD orders are NOT accepted.

FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on what time we receive the order. It may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock on an item, but to minimize the wait, we may contact you directly to inform you of the status of your order or let you know when the item will be available to you and give you the option of waiting for the item to ship or having the item removed from your order. We value your business and we will do everything possible to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

Canada Post pick up and deliver packages Monday thru Friday only.

When your order is being shipped an automatic email notification will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as our estimates are dependant on our carriers' delivery service.

The following are approximate time frames for delivery of your order:

• Ontario & Quebec: 2 to 3 business days
• Maritime Provinces: 3 to 5 business days
• Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 3 to 5 business days
• Alberta & British Columbia: 4 to 7 business days
• Yukon, Nunavut & Northwest Territories: 5 to 8 business days

If your order doesn't arrive as quickly as you had expected, it doesn't mean that we are not doing everything possible to expedite your order. CALCULATION OF SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the cost based on dollar value, distance, and the service selected at checkout. It does not take into account the fact that we may place multiple items in the same box in order to save you on the shipping cost. It also does not take into account the fact that some items are oversized and may cost extra to ship. Please be advised that rather than overcharging some customers and undercharging others, we may adjust the shipping charge when we process your order. On rare occasions, this may result in a second charge, or, in most cases, a credit to your account.

Please understand that this only because there are no shopping cart systems available that can take into account the exact dimensions of all the items we sell and how those items can be combined to fit into one or more boxes. Keep in mind that most companies end up over-charging their customers for shipping because of this.
