Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product from Natural Alternatives. By completing a purchase or using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 17.
"Natural Alternatives", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Natural Alternatives, a business operating in Ontario, Canada.
"Product" means any software, digital workspace, document, or service offered for sale by Natural Alternatives, including the NAC OS Fleet Logbook, the Ontario Compliance Operating System™ (OCOS™), and the OCOS Partner License.
"Customer" or "you" means any individual or business entity that purchases or uses a Product.
"License" means the limited, non-exclusive right to use a Product as described in these Terms and any applicable product-specific license terms.
All purchases are completed electronically. In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (Ontario), electronic contracts formed through this website are legally binding. You acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the Ontario rate of 13% will be added at checkout where required under the Excise Tax Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. E-15. HST registration number: to be displayed on Stripe checkout receipts and invoices once configured.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Natural Alternatives does not store credit card information. All payment transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. For OCOS™ workspace products, delivery of your Notion workspace will occur within one (1) business day of purchase. For NAC OS Fleet Logbook licenses, your license key will be delivered by automated email within minutes of purchase. Delivery timelines are stated on the pricing page and in the order confirmation email.
All sales are final. Natural Alternatives does not offer refunds on digital products, software licenses, or Notion workspace access once delivered. This policy applies to all products including one-time purchases and annual license subscriptions.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, contact us at [emailprotected] within 30 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue. This remedy does not constitute a waiver of the no-refund policy.
Nothing in this refund policy limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A, where applicable to your purchase.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, Natural Alternatives grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for your internal business purposes, subject to the scope defined by your license tier.

All Products, including the Ontario Compliance Operating System™, NAC OS Fleet Logbook, all associated content, templates, documentation, and the OCOS™ trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of Natural Alternatives. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Ontario Compliance Operating System™ and OCOS™ are trademarks of Natural Alternatives. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
Natural Alternatives' products provide organizational structure and documentation frameworks. They do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee of compliance with any applicable law or regulation. The employer or business entity remains solely responsible for ensuring its own compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.1, the Employment Standards Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 18, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 16, Sched. A, the Excise Tax Act, and all other applicable legislation. Consult a qualified legal, accounting, or occupational health and safety professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Alternatives' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or any Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Natural Alternatives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of or inability to use any Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
Annual license products (NAC OS Fleet Fleet, OCOS Partner License tiers) renew automatically on the anniversary of the original purchase date. You will receive renewal reminder emails at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before the renewal date. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date by contacting [emailprotected].
Upon cancellation or non-renewal, a grace period of thirty (30) days applies, during which you retain read access to your licensed product. After the grace period, access is revoked. Data is not deleted.
Natural Alternatives reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Products at any time. For active annual license subscribers, material reductions in product functionality will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Pricing changes apply only to future renewals, not to current subscription periods already paid.
Your use of our Products is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or any Product shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation by contacting [emailprotected]. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific license terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natural Alternatives with respect to the Products and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full forc
